Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

Prepare the Appliance

Securely pack the product in its original Smeg box, including all protective inserts, accessories, and documentation to prevent damage during transit.

Affix the Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
